Nancy Hicks has initiated a wonderful gifting project for this holiday season – providing hoodies to the Center for Youth in Rochester. The Center for Youth has celebrated fifty years of service. They continue to place the greatest value on the health and safety of our young people, our community and their supporters.
The Holiday Hoodie Project will benefit the young people ages 14-19 in our community who are on the streets, find themselves without families or support.
Our goal is to collect and donate 20 hoodies.
Sweatshirts do not need to be wrapped. We recommend larger sizes and solid colors. You can find a wide selection on Amazon or in local department stores. The last day to contribute will be December 16 at our Christmas Gathering party. This is completely voluntary and your gifts will be deeply appreciated.
