We are excited to present an online workshop with Rev. Suzanne Carter on Wednesday, March 31, at 6:30 p.m.
That feeling we’ve had this last year is grief, the mass of emotions that follows all loss. We are all experiencing grief from the many losses suffered during the pandemic. Grief is the most misunderstood aspect of our life on earth, and it is the rarest person that knows how to deal with it. Most people shove loss and grief into the shadow of their consciousness and falsely believe that they must simply endure these painful feelings. All loss can be dealt with. When someone finds the courage to heal their losses (as opposed to medicating the pain), they discover dreams that were hidden in the pain of the loss and move forward to a new, fuller life.
This workshop will correct myths about loss and present tools to become stronger so that one can reach out in ways they would not have before the loss.
Suzanne Carter is an ordained Unity minister and a licensed psychotherapist with specialties in children, families and dealing with grief and loss. She is the author of All Children are Gifted: Raising Confident and Aware Children.
