New Class! Easy Meditation

Thursdays June 17, June 24, and July 1, 6:30 to 6:55 p.m. — 

There is a style of meditation that will work for you. This 25-minute class will introduce you to a different meditation technique each week. This is perfect for new meditators and for those who want to expand their contemplative experience.

Please arrive early to allow time to settle in.
