Prayer

Unity is a ministry founded on the power of prayer. It was through prayer that our co-founders, Charles and Myrtle Fillmore, received significant and seemingly miraculous healings. Prayer always has been central to Unity and to our ministry at Unity Church of Greater Rochester.

The Prayer for Protection*
The light of God surrounds me;
The love of God enfolds me;
The power of God protects me;
The presence of God watches over me.
Wherever I am, God is!

If you are experiencing circumstances in your life, or in the life of a loved one, for which you would like to receive prayer support, please complete a confidential online prayer request now or fill out a prayer request any Sunday during our service, and we will add you to our prayer list.

Prayer Chaplains

Our Prayer Chaplains are available to pray with you after our Sunday services. They also make monthly telephone calls to each member of our church to pray and celebrate life’s milestones. Call our Prayer Line at 585-473-0145 to hear a brief uplifting prayer and to leave a request for our Prayer Chaplain team. If you prefer to send an online request, use our form to submit a request to our Prayer Chaplains.
